Privacy Policy

Leadturtle Technology Services ("we", "us", "our") operates the Brain League mobile application ("App"), an educational platform for abacus, phonics, Vedic maths practice, competitions, and gamified learning.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use Brain League on Android and iOS devices distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

On Google Play, the App is published by Leadturtle Technology Services. On the Apple App Store, the App is published under an individual Apple Developer account ("ekgharep@gmail.com").

We use data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver practice, battles, speed challenges, and competitions
• Process enrollments and Pro subscriptions
• Display leaderboards and city rankings
• Send optional notifications (streaks, cups, battles)
• Improve content quality and fix bugs
• Comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse
• Show optional rewarded video advertisements to non-Pro users (after certain activities such as practice or battles)

Google AdMob may collect device and ad interaction data to show rewarded video ads. We do not use your email or account name for ad targeting. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Depending on jurisdiction, we rely on: contract performance (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, analytics), consent (optional push notifications), and legal obligation.

We may share limited data with:

• Cloud hosting providers: to store and serve app data
• RevenueCat and Google Play / Apple App Store: in-app purchase validation
• Firebase (Google): push notifications
• Email service providers: account emails, OTP, support
• Google AdMob: delivery and measurement of rewarded advertisements (for non-Pro users)

All service providers are bound by confidentiality and process data only on our instructions.

Public visibility: display name, city, scores, and rankings may be visible to other users in leaderboards and battles.

Brain League is designed for students. Users under 13 must use the App with a parent or guardian. We collect only information necessary for the learning experience. Parents may contact privacy@brainleague.in to review or request deletion of a child's account.

We retain account data while your account is active. If you deactivate your account, we disable access but may retain data for a reasonable period to allow reactivation or legal compliance. If you delete your account, we mark the account deleted and stop active processing; backups may persist for a limited time before purging.

• Access and correct profile data in the App (Edit Profile)
• Deactivate your account (Profile → Manage Account → Take a Break) — disables login while preserving data for possible return
• Delete your account (Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account) — permanent removal request
• Opt out of push notifications in device settings or when prompted in the App
• Upgrade to Brain League Pro to avoid rewarded advertisements
• Contact us at privacy@brainleague.in for data requests

Indian users may have rights under applicable data protection laws.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Data may be processed on servers located in India or other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
