Leadturtle Technology Services ("we", "us", "our") operates the Brain League mobile application ("App"), an educational platform for abacus, phonics, Vedic maths practice, competitions, and gamified learning.

By downloading, installing, or using Brain League ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the App. The App is published on Google Play by Leadturtle Technology Services.

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Users under 13 require parental or guardian supervision and consent.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• One account per user; sharing accounts or manipulating leaderboards is prohibited.
• You may deactivate (temporary break) or delete (permanent) your account from Profile → Manage Account.

Pro passes are prepaid, time-limited passes. They do NOT auto-renew.

Android (Google Play) — product IDs:

• subscription_three_months — 3-month Pro pass — ₹349
• subscription_six_months — 6-month Pro pass — ₹599
• subscription_yearly — 12-month Pro pass — ₹999

iOS (Apple App Store) — non-renewing subscriptions — product IDs:

• brainleague_pro_3m — 3-month Pro pass — ₹349
• brainleague_pro_6m — 6-month Pro pass — ₹599
• brainleague_pro_12m — 12-month Pro pass — ₹999

Consumables (both platforms):

• monthly_cup_pro — Monthly cup entry — ₹49
• national_level_pro — National challenge per subject — ₹199

Payments are processed via RevenueCat through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). Prices may vary by storefront currency.

Restore Purchases: Profile → Brain League Pro (subscription screen). Refunds: Google Play or Apple Media Services policies apply.

Cheating, bots, account sharing, harassment, or abuse results in disqualification and account termination.

All App content (questions, graphics, audio, branding) is owned by Leadturtle Technology Services or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

The App is provided "as is" for education and entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
